Missing Finland

Daily, I miss FInland. I think, I've never found a place I felt more belonging, a place more free than that land. The vastness, the distance, the freedom. Listening to the old musics in my computer, music from Finlandia times, the time when I sat facing the forest, with the dews still fresh on the leaves. The time when looking out I could see nature at its full display. The time of Barclay and the evening sun. The time of isolation, the time of self-realization, the time of self-understanding. Sometimes you need to be away from something to understand something. Here in a world where communal life is over-emphasized, the crowd is endlessly crushing in, I can finally really appreciate and understand that sense of freedom in Finland. I want, and desire to slowly gain back the freedom, the freedom to decide on my own what I want, where to go, what to become.

When will Finland come back to me?

Dear,

Finnland was the place of temporary egsistence, you know. Please, don't perceive it as reality, only if you're gonna travell all your life, are you?

However, your people from Finnland are in reach, aren't they? Eg. you can talk to me via MSN, doesn't matter for what a short time we knew each other there.

but so is everything just a fantasy. none of this is an actual reality. what is reality, in definition? it's a harsh answer to gain a question to. once travelled forward, time can never be regained... so we go forth, looking back at the old beautiful days, wishing to have lived it more fulfilling, forgetting that the present soon as well become the past...

my ppl from finland are more in touch with me than my ppl here, perhaps because my ppl here are all over europe by now... we live an islander's life, bound to travelling, bound to drift from place to place... that is the fate we all knew as a child, were all taught of as a child. that is the fate of ppl from a country without a name, without a title, without a recognition~ (how melancholic I am today)

but thank you~ :) that is very sweet and i will always keep it in mind. :)
