I would assume that "honey" in this case is a leper messiah that's dismantling his body parts.
My serious opinion:
Okay, I'm not a lyrics person, and since she is apparently coming from the lyrics side of music, I may not have the proper perspective to appreciate it, but considering the musical references made on her website (Radiohead, Bjork, Coldplay...), I find it elaborately produced, but musically boring and insignificant pop music.
