Shame Culture

Acknowledge that
1. I need to stop thinking of myself in such a inferior and demeaned form. Seriously, the lower I think of myself, the harder it will be for me to be nice and friendly (duh).
2. Confidence=esteem=friendliness
3. Smile...... ><
