Somehow I feel that I am and will really love this entrepreneur thing, despite all the problems and troubles and so on. It's extremely challenging and requires the most out of any person. It's thrilling, exciting, and dangerous all at the same time. It pushes the limits, if there IS one. WOW... man... this is definitely FUN FUN FUN...
Despite the fact that I sleep sth like 5 hours and less per day, that I work from the moment I wake up till the moment I sleep, I am happy about it. Cuz this is the life I chose, this is the pursuit for my dream, and this is for "FUN".
For those of you who doesn't know, I've been going hectic lately. I have three "jobs", and do multi-tasking most of the times becuase otherwise I can barely finish anything (or so I thought)... seriouly thinking of changing that habit, however... I work in a trademark company as a secretary, and then at night time I do Nu Skin (direct sales), and after that I do Business Planning / Competition, etc. Three challenging jobs. The first challenging my ability to organize, research, use fragments of time fully. The second challenges me in everything... the third pushes me toward a limit (that I still do not see yet).
being a leader is definitely fun... The most interesting part is seeing your team-members grow and change... now... a note for leaders... your team, or the people you lead, will follow your guide, step, temper, feel, etc. If you are a powerful person, the whole team will turn powerful. It is amazing how influencial an accepted leader can be. If you say you want to win, everyone will start wanting to win... They will all also turn more and more into being similar to you, or you to them. If it is a positive growth, then you will all learn, if not, you will all fail. This depends on the leader. A positive leader makes the group grow positively. One must manage the different conflicts, positions, personality, needs, desires, qualities, resources, between different people.
to be a leader... u need to be patient, loving, caring, enduring... and most of all... determined... your determination decides where the team is going and how the team acts together... you needn't convince people, u just show them what you are and how you are... it's amazing...
